David Gilliland

Maverick Transportation announced David Gilliland from HFN from Murfreesboro, TN as their September 2024 Dedicated Driver of the Month. Gilliland has been driving with Maverick since 2018.

"I've had the pleasure of working with David for the past several years and he is a true joy to work with," said Account Manager Gordon Lee. "David has stepped up time after time when we needed him. He has helped out in Knoxville, Birmingham, and even other divisions when we have needed him to do so. He has proven to be very versatile, and very dependable. David is definitely a great employee and deserving of Dedicated Driver of the Month."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Dedicated Driver of the Month program is a high honor for specially-selected Maverick drivers. Every month, Maverick recognizes one driver from the company's fleet who demonstrates exceptional commitment to their profession, while maintaining Maverick's standards of holding safety in the highest regard. At the end of the year, the Dedicated Driver of the Month committee will choose the Dedicated Driver of the Year, which is announced the following January.
