Kim has been a member of the Maverick team for many years, holding various positions in Recruiting, Public Relations, and Accounting. She began working for Maverick full time in 2002 after completing her final semester of graduate school in Asolo, Italy.

Currently Kim is a member of the Executive Team focusing predominantly on corporate strategy. Kim holds a BSBA in International Business and Marketing from Washington University in St Louis and a Masters Degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
