Gerald Dennis

Maverick Transportation announced Gerald Dennis of Woodville, TX, as one of their 2022 Trainer Finalists. Dennis has been driving with Maverick since June 2018 and was previously named a Driver of the Month in 2020.

"Gerald is a Black Hat and is always very professional," said Fleet Manager Troy Jackson. "He goes out of his way to do anything he can for his students. He shows a great deal of patience and respect for all that he comes in contact with. Gerald is also willing to help others when he sees the opportunity."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
