Maverick Transportation announced Heath Keefer of West Lafayette, IN, as their Driver of the Month for December 2025. Keefer has been driving with Maverick since 2017.
"Heath works hard as a trainer to get different types of loads to work with his trainee for their division," said Fleet Manager Russell Hayes. "He aims to give his trainees every opportunity to do all aspects of the job. He ensures that they are following all the proper procedures for loads. He assists other drivers when he sees that they are having an issue with their load. He is professional in his communication with other drivers and with me."
