The pay enhancement recognizes the skill, hard work and commitment required of Maverick’s professional flatbed drivers and reinforces the company’s commitment to providing competitive compensation for the work they do every day.

The increased tarp pay provides drivers with greater compensation for the additional time and effort required to safely secure and protect loads, while contributing to a 5% overall increase in yearly driver pay. This investment reflects Maverick’s continued focus on attracting, retaining and rewarding experienced flatbed professionals.
