Kip Brink

Maverick Transportation announced Kip Brink of Hardy, AR, as one of their 2025 Trainer Finalists. Brink has been a road trainer for 9 years.

"Kip has been a road trainer for almost 9 years and is one of the most detailed road trainers that I know," said his fleet manager, Troy Jackson. "He wants to ensure that the students are getting the most out of their training. Kip is always available for them and keeps in touch with them to make sure they have help whenever they need it. Kip is always willing to help with anything that comes up and has a great attitude and is very inquisitive when it comes to new technologies. He wants to ensure he understands not only how it works, but also wants to know how it does what it does. Keep up the great work, Kip! Thank you for all you do for Maverick."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
