Russell Haralson

Maverick Transportation announced Russell Haralson of Shirley, AR, as one of their 2025 Trainer Finalists. Haralson has been a road trainer for 3 years.

"Russell is one of the most professional, courteous, and polite road trainers we have," said his fleet manager, Morgan Forrest. "He does a great job with his students to help ensure their success and is a valuable asset to the Road Trainer Program."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
