Robert Jones

Maverick Transportation announced Robert Jones of Olive Hill, KY, as one of their 2023 Trainer Finalists. Jones has been a road trainer with Maverick for 7 years.

"Robert is an outstanding driver and road trainer," said his fleet manager, Lou Shoults. "He's trained 51 students so far, and 24 of those made it 6 months with Maveick. Driving the Salute military truck, he sets a great example for students and other drivers."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
