Kip Brink

Maverick Transportation announced Kip Brink of Hardy, AR, as one of their 2022 Trainer Finalists. Brink has been driving with Maverick since September 2010.

"Kip is always very professional and is one of the most detailed oriented trainers I know," said his fleet manager, Troy Jackson. "He always shows the utmost respect, patience, and confidence in all his students. Kip is always looking for ways he can help others on the road and is always lending a hand when he has the opportunity."

Outstanding service gets recognized at Maverick.

The Trainer of the Year program is a great addition to the OTR and Dedicated Driver of the Year Programs. It’s been designed to recognize Trainers who exemplify the Maverick Way. The Trainer of the Year Program, along with the annual Trainer Summit, will improve Maverick’s ability to gain valuable insight and feedback.
