Tonya Wilson

Maverick Transportation announced Tonya Wilson from GMI from Taylor, MI as their June 2021 Dedicated Driver of the Month. Wilson has been driving with Maverick since 2019.

"Tonya has been such an important asset to the account," said Account Manager John Murphy. "She's a fast learner and is always striving to excel at her job. She's very conscientious of Maverick's rigorous safety protocols and quality care of equipment. She is THE go-to driver for new drivers on the account, and is always happy to take their calls at anytime day or night to help."

The Dedicated Driver of the Month program is a high honor for specially-selected Maverick drivers. Every month, Maverick recognizes one driver from the company's fleet who demonstrates exceptional commitment to their profession, while maintaining Maverick's standards of holding safety in the highest regard. At the end of the year, the Dedicated Driver of the Month committee will choose the Dedicated Driver of the Year, which is announced the following January.
